WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the handmade nature of my candles and wax melts, all sales are final. Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted if you do not like the scent that you chose.  You will find the description in each candle or wax melts that are listed. Please reach out to me prior to placing your order if you have any questions or sensitivities to specific fragrances. However, if you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please call or email me so that I have an opportunity to make it right. If you receive a product that was damaged during transit, you will need to call within 72 hours to process a shipping claim. I will not accept any returns of products that have been lit or used, or not in resalable condition.  

REFUNDS

Please email requests for a refund prior to any return.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the approved return. To ensure that an approved item is received in good condition, they must be sent back in the original packaging materials. If the return is received back damaged, no refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued without a return request via email to info@welcometoarlana.com.  

DELIVERY

I offer free delivery of orders over $50.00, within a 10 mile radius from Denison, Tx.  If you are requesting delivery for orders under $50.00, or you are outside of this area, please give me a call for a quote.

SHIPPING

Items ordered for shipping can take 1-5 business days for processing before it is shipped out, in the order in which it was received. Custom orders may take longer.  Soy wax that are in glass jars can have what is called a wet spot. This is wax that is contracting away from the glass and can happen due to the temperature and humidity. The candles are not defective and they will burn properly.  You will not be able to return a candle because you do not like the look of a wet spot.
